The original Mozilla “dinosaur” logo artwork
Jamie Zawinski, one of the founders of Netscape and later Mozilla, has dug up the original versions of the iconic Mozilla dinosaur logos, and posted them online in all their glory. While he strongly believes Mozilla owned these logos outright, and that they were released as open source in 1998 or 1999, he can't technically prove that.

I know there's a lot of anti-car sentiment here, but that's taking things a bit far.

What if the designated driver can't walk 200m? Some disabled people drive.

I'm not sure how practical the theory test is, but I'd support a breath test for any driver with prior drink–driving convictions. Making it selective would add to the stigma and also avoid unnecessary cost for people who never drink and drive.
A reaction time test is an interesting idea. We struggled for years to get my father to give up his car, so I'm sympathetic to the idea. I guess it might also prevent some kinds of drug–driving.
