The question is where to attach the wires. It looks like (the digital?) pins 3,5,6,7,8 but where do the other ends attach? Ditto the wires attached to the resistors on the breadboard. What's attaching the breadboard to the Arduino (electrically)?
There's so many simple questions that would be quickly answered on a call, without little ADHD ol' me forgetting to relay messages until time runs out.
