A federal judge has barred DHS/ICE/CBP from arresting peaceful observers & protesters in Minneapolis unless there’s suspected criminal activity or obstruction.
The order also prohibits retaliation, pepper spray/nonlethal munitions against peaceful demonstrators, and traffic stops of people simply following agents.
U.S. District Judge Katherine Menendez said her order will stay in effect until the operation concludes or “conditions change such that it is no longer necessary.”👊 #press
