hey @stux i went through a very similar instance last year with stripe: they emailed me to announce that my stripe account would be closed (giving no reason for it other than "security risk"), then changed their mind about four times over the course of a month. in the process, i learned that stripe also monetises neo-nazi, racist, hate groups, so when they finally decided that they wouldn't cancel my account, i closed it anyway, myself. 😒😵‍💫
