The authorities in Sudan are trying to protect the country's ancient pyramids from flooding as heavy rains have caused the nearby River Nile to reach record-breaking levels.
This should end Trumpβs career in public life.

Harris campaign should know better than to do this kind of stupid thing. It is completely unnecessary, and is just what the "both sides" people need to make it seem like Trump's all-lies-all-the-time is nothing special.
Your point canβt be made enough, Dan.
The worst miscalculation by incompetent political consultants is that this will win electionsβ¦and it mayβ¦but it poisons the electorate and more than 50% now abstain and donβt vote, which, of course, allowed Trump/Pence to win in 2016.

in reply to Dan Gillmor • • •I can't say I'm surprised that most media companies are going to be reluctant to say "lie" because "defamation"--is it a lie if you straight up don't give a shit? Frankfurt says no, you're actually worse than a liar. Even the Muller report had to say that they'd have a hard time proving Trump knew he broke the law because he so flagrantly violated it (that's what exonerated him :p)
At this point the Ohio one is a blatant lie. But it's still risky to say someone lied.
