I don’t think I’ve ever seen a response team this good. I read or heard somewhere that they are mostly pretty young, which makes some sense. They are all over the social media & tech stuff. Very impressive.

I was referring to the Taylor Swift incident all along and this was posted well before the nutcase - and he is a nutcase - at the golf course did his thing. His Linked in page and tweets point to a not terribly bright guy with unrealized expectations. And definitely not the expert shot he would have needed to be.

Just like with cable companies, where there is one default corporate run OS or in this case 2 (I guess chromebook is an OS too) Correct, no one randomly recommends OSs) same with corporate run social media platforms. When FOSS exists it has no marketing campaign outside of word of mouth as its not selling anything and has no budget. If we don't share info, people in the corporate sphere of influence will never know there are other alternatives. We are the algorithm as well as the marketing campaign.
