Fed rate cuts will not be as deep as the market expects, says BlackRock, $BLK.

They also turned underweight short-dated US Treasuries from overweight, saying the extent of Federal Reserve interest-rate cuts the market is betting on is unlikely to pan out.

I’d expect a half point reduction. More would prove too aggressive for the Fed and less likely won’t make any real difference given the revised unemployment figures over the last year.
