Az Supreme Court takes back direction not to count votes for Prop 140, if it’s disqualified tucsonsentinel.com/local/repor…
The Arizona Supreme Court vacated a statement from its Aug. 23 ruling that said if a trial court determines that the Make Elections Fair Act did not collect enough voter signatures, the judge should order the Secretary of State not to count the votes for it.

Error with tracking citizenship puts nearly 100,000 Arizona voters’ eligibility in limbo tucsonsentinel.com/local/repor…
The eligibility of nearly 100,000 registered voters in Arizona is up in the air because of an error in state systems uncovered just before the scheduled sending of mail ballots, an error that stems from the way the MVD provides driver’s license information to the voter registration system.

I’m sure it’s unintentional… and they are probably all democrats… Republicans have ways to invent glitches that never happened before.

Hey, a new Villages loofah just dropped! (Check out my post for context, especially if you’re not from Florida.)

Greetings from the south part of Chile.

One reason for my social media / blogging sabbatical is a visit to Chile for a sibling reunion (husband's sibs) and the Chilean independence festivals.

I met a woman wearing traditional dress and I asked if I could get a picture with her. All of her friends wanted to jump into the picture.

I asked permission to share and they were delighted.

More pictures coming.

(Can you spot the gringa?)

Yes that's a volcano in the background.

If parents are abusive or try to keep kids from info about political beliefs, religion or sexual identity, having more options to snoop could cause trouble, EFF's @jgkelley told @NPR. “In already-problematic situations, it could raise the risk for young people.” npr.org/2024/09/17/g-s1-23181/…

I hate when you Google how to do something in say, #Python, relating the operating system, and the result just says to have your code basically run a command line script (for example subprocess). Because you cannot rely on that - the syntax of the output changes between versions, as does who can access it (fsutil fsinfo drives in Windows is a good example of this). Not to mention if you then grep the output, it can be different per user locale settings. #programming #coding
