Well, my 3D-printed office chair wheel has finally broken. It lasted considerably longer than the original, injected-molded one it replaced, but shorter than the injected molded wheels I took off my previous chair I replaced for non-wheel reasons.
There is a point of diminishing returns when it comes to infill, especially filament use and printing time - add weight to that too.
