I hope that our current teachers in elementary and secondary school have the stamina to stay in their roles for two more decades, in spite of the this vision of the future.
I fear we'll have a lost generation due to the current trajectory of #AI implementation.
We need educators to be present when we learn to regulate and control; to keep the institutions alive for those who come after.
exactly, and the same with the generation of AI-connected students who will not meet the institutional expectations of cognitive capacity and patterns.
As someone who crashed out of school, I sympathize a lot with the notion that the current education systems need reform and restructuring for the digital age. But the current path takes a wrecking ball to all institutional structure and knowledge in education.
We're so very not ready for that.
