At least 52 starving civilians have been killed near aid distribution centers operated by the controversial US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) since it began operations last week.
Three Palestinians were killed and at least 35 injured on Monday. They were trying to reach an aid site west of Rafah backed by the Israeli and US governments.
The wounded were rushed to the Red Cross field hospital in western Rafah.
