New York has a lot of fancy restaurants with great food, but I swear the best meal I ever had was from this Mexican food truck parked by a roadside in Queens. This is Birria-Landia in the Jackson Heights neighborhood, and I can still taste the consomé and mulitas melting on my tongue. You can zoom in to read the headlines of reviews displayed on the side of their truck, attesting to their quality.
