Also, remember that many (most?) heart diseases are caused by #aging. Like stiffening of vasculature by misfolded proteins. To eliminante most of them, we need means to reverse aging damage. Ultimately, doing it in several body systems we can postpone onset of old age diseases indefinitely. That would be an ultimate health!
