"The tents of the displaced have been blown away due to the strong winds accompanying the atmospheric depression striking the Gaza Strip, and it is noted that the suffering of families is intensifying as a result of their exposure to the cold and rains in the absence of safe shelter."

🎁
It is gift opening day for #SecretSantaAoNZ and the Little One has heroically held back their desire to see what is inside until today.

And it was absolutely worth it!
Chocolate from Raglan, beautiful print of an orca and a lovely book of kiwi art! All with a lovely card by a local artist as well. This is so perfect.
My heart is full!!

Thank you secret santa 🎅 💚

Okay wildly specific question: A friend of mine, for complex personal/artistic reasons, is trying to locate footage of specifically the concert Katy Perry performed 2023 February 15 in Las Vegas, and specifically looking for "I kissed a girl" (they found some clips from the show, implying longer recordings may exist, but nothing they found was from that song). Does anyone know where to even begin?

as distasteful it might be, a post in a suitable subreddit would likely be a best bet, although /r/katyperry seems to be just pictures and news of/about her, not a fan discussion sub. well it might be worth asking the mods of that if there's a more suitable forum, as super-fans they would know.
in reply to mcc

Ooh, this one his hard. That was part of her "Play" residency in LV. All of those performances were filmed, and of course filmed by fans as well.

But because she was in a residency, there are...just tons of clips that are *not* from the night in question.

You could check TikTok. TikTok isn't well indexed by search engines. If you can find someone with clips from the Feb 15 2023 show, you could ask them if they have that song but just haven't posted it.

Some of the exhibits inside Brislington Medical and Nursing Museum, Parramatta: brislington.net/

The building was constructed in 1821 for ex-convict John Hodges as a condition of his application to Governor Macquarie for a liquor license, using money won in a card game at the nearby Woolpack Inn. It previously served as Parramatta's colonial-era hospital.

Today, the building is home to a volunteer-run medical museum. This is the first of two photo sets from the museum.

The volunteers are very passionate and knowledgeable, it's much bigger than it looks from the outside, and it's definitely worth a visit if you're up this way...

"Spain’s socialist-led government is to launch a national public transport pass that will allow people to travel anywhere in the country by bus or train for a flat monthly fee of €60 (£52.70).

The prime minister ... said the pass, which will cost €30 a month for those under 26, would allow people to “travel anywhere in the country” on middle-distance and suburban trains, and on national bus services."
