Kann es sein, dass eine jüngere Generation Autoren sich noch nie wirklich mit den negativen Auswirkungen von DRM beschäftigt hat und den Behauptungen von Veröffentlichungsplattformen einfach unbesehen Glauben schenkt?
Unwissend der Tatsache, dass diese ebensowenig das Beste der Autoren oder Creators im Sinne haben, wie das Beste der Konsumenten?

Die Zeit der Früh- oder Wiegendrucke (Inkunabeln) wird mit dem Jahr 1500 als beendet angesehen (es gibt kein historisches Ereignis als Schnitt, es ist eine nachträgliche Einteilung). Die Luthersche Bibelübersetzung erschien 1522.
Viele Inkunabeln sind Bibeln, selten auch in Übersetzung (eben nicht der Lutherschen), aber es gibt auch zahlreiche andere Werke darunter - nach verschiedenen Schätzungen so um die 30.000 verschiedene Texte.
@ErikML Lol, studierte Mediävistin mit Spezialisierung auf Kodikologie und Palaeographie des Mittelalters hier. Ich wollte auch grad schreiben, dass nicht alle Inkunabeln Lutherbibeln sind. Ich hab früher, als ich anfing im Internet aktiv zu sein, Gedichte geschrieben und veröffentlicht. Und irgendwann fand ich heraus, dass andere Leute meine Gedichte klauen, bei sich veröffentlichen und ihren eigenen Namen drunter schreiben. Das hat mich damals so sauer gemacht, dass ich angefangen hab, die Leute zu jagen und öffentlich dafür zu shamen, dass sie sich mit fremden Federn schmücken. 1/
Aber wenn meine Gedichte einfach nur kopiert und mit meinem Namen auf anderer Leute Website veröffentlicht wurden, stellte ich fest, fand ich das gar nicht so schlimm, sondern fühlte mich geehrt, dass mein Werk solchen Gefallen findet. Das war die Zeit, in der die ersten Copyright im Internet Debatten losgingen und sich CC-Lizenzen entwickelten und führte dazu, dass ich ziemlich bald alle meine Texte unter CC-BY-NC-ND Lizenz stellte und mich für OpenAccess einsetzte. 2/
Ich habe mich auch bewußt gegen eine Künstlerkarriere entschieden, weil ich wußte, dass ich mein Überleben nicht davon abhängig machen wollte, wie gut ich meine Kunst vermarkten oder dem Diktat des Geldes zu unterwerfen vermag. Ich bereue das nicht und bin fest davon überzeugt, dass wir eine Welt gestalten könnten, in der das Überleben von Künstlern und Kunst nicht von Marktinteressen abhängt. Wwnn wir wollten. I have just made up an aerial lead for it and then found the aerial socket broke off the circuit board!
Fortunately, being a long time #RepairCafe volunteer, I just had the TV apart and repaired it. 😉
It is now tuned in and working. Just need to find a remote for it.👍

It worked for a moment before it broke.
The socket was held on by two tiny blobs of solder. One had already cracked, and the other gave up soon after I plugged the new lead into it.
I just made sure it was properly soldered back in place.
It's fine.
