The difference between 2016 and 2024 is that Trump previously at least pretended that he would govern according to law, and that he would divest from his businesses, and there was a plausible pretence that the law and the constitution might plausibly constrain him. Nobody expects that in 2025.

I do too but if all he did was order an audit, unclassify, expose & expedite the removal of Senators who had broken their oath via the 14th, use their absence to add to the SC and have the new court rule the unconditional immunity unconstitutional moving forward how would that harm future Dems? Two fun facts towards "nobody knows anything, and perhaps even knows less than you think": 1. Historically dems consistently benefitted from high turnout. But the effect is much lower than you'd expect for two cycles, and nobody knows if that's an aberration or not, so it's not a good proxy

🚀Cybercirujas Célula Zona Oeste en el Pyday Hurligham 2024

Este sábado 26 de octubre participaremos con un stand de difusión de la misión Cyberciruja contra la obsolescencia programada, una charla sobre Ventilastation, la consola de juegos Argentina, hecha con un ventilador y recibiendo donaciones de notebooks, netbooks, tablets, celus, placas bases y memorias ram para reparación-recirculación.

El PyDay es un encuentro con charlas y actividades relacionadas con el lenguaje de programación Python y tecnologías afines, que tiene lugar de forma federal a lo largo del país desde hace más de 15 años.

¿Te preguntaras qué es o son lxs cybercirujas?

Lxs cybercirujas son personas autoorganizadas alrededor de la lucha contra la obsolescencia programada tanto en hardware como en software recuperando, reparando y recirculando. Desfetichizar nuestro vínculo con la tecnología y desprogramar el consumismo digitalizado, comunizando los saberes informáticos y otros debates tecnopolíticos se encuentran en las cosillas que se proponen lxs cybercirujas.

Estas comunidades-células e individualidades se encuentran un gran baraje pintoresca de militantes del software libre, hackers, tecnicxs, makers, ecologistas, artistas, docentes, desarrolladores, entusiastas y curiosxs de la tecnología que se encuentra dispersa por toda la región argentina. Hay células en Posadas, Cordoba, Santa Fe, Caba o la Plata para dar unos ejemplos.
