Sure, there were some of the usual expected newbie gotchas in the code. Took me 30+ years to get where I am. Those young'uns did a damn good job IMO.

Maybe you don't fully appreciate that they do understand their role - which is to exploit every resource to the maximum while also shedding costs. That's it. They know of no other, nor are they open to considering anything else. In fact, any other way of thinking is probably beyond their imagination.
