Civil disobedience through technological refusal can work, we just need to make it more timely. To be more timely it has to be a refusal from within (aka from the developers of Quantum Computing). To be able to do this she suggests finding alternative means to conduct research on the topic and remain independent.
Personally, while acts of refusal are important for discourse, it's the development of alternative systems that will protect the people. #solarpunk #aoir2024

The vast majority of those interested have probably already received notice, but for the few who have not: Signups for the Texas Pinball Festival Wizards tournament will open this Saturday, November 2, at noon (12 pm), for the tournament in 2025 March.
