if I recall correctly the lottiefiles package was exploited by an attacker who obtained the project's npm credentials. Assuming they published a new version with malicious code in it, I'm *shocked* to learn at least some crypto projects fling new versions straight into production without any staging or testing environment. It seems so out of keeping with the normal cautious and prudent crypto-bro approach.
