Bitcoin se usa más hoy en día como oro digital que como moneda corriente, pues nadie quiere gastarse algo que puede subir de valor. Monero también sube de valor en comparación con el euro y otras monedas fiduciarias, pero es más como la plata digital, porque tiene una tasa de emisión más alta que Bitcoin.
¿Bitcoin para Wall Street y Monero para mercados ilegales?
Debido a su privacidad Monero se usa bastante en comercios ilegales de la dark web, aunque también la utilizan muchos amantes de la tecnología que simplemente buscan privacidad.
