Has anyone made a videogame that was like SIM CITY except instead of a city it was a simulation of a BODY and instead of managing traffic and zoning you are managing blood flow and nutrient balance and building organs and stuff. And being anatomically correct is totally irrelevant you just need to make the body stay alive so fuck it if you have the calorie intake build 5 hearts and 40 lungs and cut weight for speed by foregoing a bladder and pee by just transpiring through your skin.
BUT THEN the body is your character in an RPG and the simcity/body part is how leveling and skills and stuff work, and so questing and progressing through the story is how you get food and learn new organs from different species and whatnot.
