Here's the crux of the issue, which has been entirely missing in every other reporting on this story:
"Online federal court records of Ball’s indictment show he was charged with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon on Aug. 6, 2024, listing his past convictions as domestic violence battery by strangulation in 2017 and then resisting law enforcement with violence and battery on law enforcement officer, both in 2021."
"Trump’s pardons and commutations, as broad as they were, offer Ball no protection here for these gun charges stemming from a separate indictment. Similarly, any new crimes committed by other Jan. 6 rioters would result in new charges and arrests, and they would have no shield from prosecution."
Natural solutions are needed in this #RussianWarOnInfrastructure.

Anyhow: in a war of attrition, the #KremlinRegime will find it difficult to replace a naval vessel filled with boycotted high-tech chips. ;)
