We're back on another adventure at least it's dry now! It's humid and not too cold with 11°C. Arwen seems to be doing OK for now, she's happy to go out and do her thing. Hopefully this will be a nice walk for her (and me).
I've switched my Playlist to an old one that I made when I just had my new Spotify account. After the divorce, I needed a new account and I wanted to start fresh. I made a big Playlist, with all sorts of music. Some I enjoy one moment and I'll skip the next, some I always enjoy, some I know well, some a little less... But it's a big mix and I can skip when I need to. I needed to play something different for a bit, to get some distraction, as I was getting into a slump with the same songs over and over... 😔

Hopefully, today will be a decent enough day. Need some groceries, and I have PT at noon, which I also need... Now that I know the scheduled date for my surgery, we could plan out the appointments some more, so that I have enough for the treatment afterwards. It's a complicated thing here... With a big surgery, you get unlimited physio for a year. But! The first twenty sessions are for you to deal with, so I need to make sure my insurance will cover those 20, and then I'll be set for the rest of the year (one year after the surgery date, so till June 2026). I know my body will greatly enjoy the extra treatments, as I can really use them. Especially when I've had the surgery...
I still need to arrange some things for then. I know I said I had time enough to deal with it all. But when you keep thinking that, at some point you do run out of time... According to my app, I still have 52 days. So that should be OK. Just need to find some folks that can help me with the couch, so I can schedule the arrival of the bed shortly after that... I want it to be there before I go into hospital.
Ugh I do want to get this surgery and start healing and all that. But all that comes along with it, it's just such a hassle. But I know I can do this... I was able to get the move done, so this should be a lot easier! I hope... 🫣
