#DIYDay He's quick, he's prepped the walls, applied the bonding agent and done the skim coat... HJe's now waiting for it to set a little before going over it again to smooth everything out perfectly.
In this heat, it'll be dry in 24-30hrs and ready to put the mist coat on by Tuesday.
Weds I've got some appts to do, and probably a little top up grocery shop... So might be able to put the first coat of the main colour on in the evening.
But I'll be getting the walls fully painted by Friday. Even if it just means painting the bottom part of the wall all around, as architrave and skirting is being done next weekend.
Which reminds me... I need to order architrave and skirting today.

Am 20.05.2025 ist das nächste Offene Antifa Treffen. Wir laden euch herzlich dazu ein mit uns ab 18:00 Uhr ein Banner für die „Antifa ist Notwendig“-Demo am 14.06.2025 in Jena zu malen. Die Demo findet aus Solidarität mit den betroffenen Antifaschist*innen im Budapest-Komplex statt.
Außerdem wird es die Möglichkeit für einen Kleidertausch geben. Bringt daher gern aussortierte Kleidung mit.
Ab 20:00 Uhr wird es dann wie immer lecker veganes Essen geben.
