After 15 years, the iPad will finally do windows.
Yesterday Apple announced a new windowing system coming in iPadOS 26 which allows resizing, minimizing and tiling of app windows. Just like a grown up desktop OS.
They also announced the introduction of drop down menus. What’s old is new again.
