The image depicts a scene from a science fiction setting. In the foreground, a woman with curly dark hair is wearing a red jumpsuit with a high collar and a green neck ring, suggesting a space suit. She has a serious expression and is looking directly at the viewer. Behind her, there are three individuals in military-style armor, with helmets and carrying futuristic-looking weapons. The background features a large spacecraft with the name "STVINGA" visible, and a structure that resembles a space station or a futuristic cityscape. The color palette is dominated by warm tones, with a yellowish hue, giving the scene a dramatic and otherworldly atmosphere.

I wonder what precisely he's watching, but it's probably just Fox & Friends.

A federal court has tossed out a redistricting lawsuit brought by two tribes in North Dakota, declaring that only the DOJ can sue over violations of the Voting Rights Act's Section 2, a devastating blow to the ability of tribes to seek legal recourse. boltsmag.org/voting-rights-act…

😎💪 What options do voters have?

"...
Levitt likened the VRA’s Section 2 and ***Section 1983*** as two separate doors leading to the same destination, but one is closed off to individuals in the seven states covered by the Eighth Circuit — Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

“The 8th Circuit opinion was dead wrong,” said Levitt, who in 2021 served as the White House’s first Senior Policy Advisor for Democracy and Voting Rights. “Yes, there should be a private right of action directly underneath the Voting Rights Act. But private plaintiffs can still enforce the [VRA] in the 8th Circuit.”

Also in kleinen Anlagen auch umzusetzen.

said by the president who goes to his golf resorts almost every weekend leaving taxpayers paying the bills, $3-4 million for Mar-a-Lago trips and $1-2 million per local trips. He probably averages a few hours a day in presidential business, and more watching TV, on social media, and eating.
