my relatives have solar and battery storage at their country house in a rural part of Mid Suffolk.
They lost grid power for over an hour during daytime - whole house stayed on supply mostly via solar - the battery reserve was barely touched and my cousin didn't even need to turn off his gaming PC (which uses a fair bit of power) and switch to a laptop to reduce the load, there was enough to keep everything going for quite a while..
