In @koeln haben fast alle Baustellen Beschilderungsfehler, ergo muss mit einem hohen Grad an 'wie sollte es eigentlich sein' interpretiert werden.
Nach der Fertigstellung werden ebenso regelmäßig Schilder an/in Baustellen vergessen. Ups, Monate nach Abbau der Absperrung ist immer noch Durchfahrt verboten...
