So by arming Israel or a state in full knowledge the weapons and ammunition will be used to target civilians should fall under that definition.

As stated on the video, the west could be more robust and tell Israel we can't support you in your actions due to civilian deaths alone.

Practicing more watercolor trees. This time trying different techniques from both Oliver Pyle and Jenna Rainey's tutorial videos. Two different styles, but I like them both quite a bit.

I remind myself that you'll never get on base if you aren't willing to strike out first.

My technique needs refinement but...I don't dislike these either. I had a lot of fun experimenting and painting these trees.

I get that cultural change is happening but how much better, if at all, are these employment numbers compared to the Japanese norm? I very much doubt that the touted “great” employment of the article is that great if we didn’t compare it to entire other cultures. Maybe Sony’s Japanese employment would be a good comparison?
