I kind of can't believe it worked out, but it's really tasty.
I used this recipe: cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/10… . I did 2/3 cup sugar (instead of 1 cup brown sugar) because I had chocolate croissants. I'm glad they included the weights of the croissants, because they suggest 6-8 croissants whereas I only used 2 and it was about the same weight. I also added raisins and shredded dried coconut. With my solar cooker, the recipe made 2 batches.
Yay! Now I can make breadpudding! (One of my favorite desserts) 🥳🥳🥳
