So hey, I can't stand the WP. They scabbed and helped throw this nation under a bus. That said, I can't refute that this really is the best explanation of gerrymandering I've ever seen. Please review it!
Now have a look at a list of the most gerrymandered districts and note that almost all of them favor Republicans (I couldn't quickly tell if this one showed it, but the last time I looked at such a list, only one of the top ten favored Democrats).
