I mean, it is good that they are not going to cancel it. But that they had planned to in the first place?

That - as with so much that this government do - it makes for insecurity, realising that critical infrastructure could be withdrawn just like that, at the whim of a lunatic.

It means that a lot of people will have been - and will continue to - look at what alternatives there are.
