I noticed on places like Etsy and other places, there are sellers/stores selling beaded silicone necklaces as chew necklaces. Those beads aren't for chewing. They are silicone baby teething beads. Rather strange to sell those to adults like an actual chew necklace made for adult teeth. It is unsafe for an adult to chew baby teething beads. The silicone beads can break off the string when bit down on and result in choking. It is highly unsafe to market these beaded necklaces to adults.
I've seen hollow chew tubes being marketed at autistics. Do not chew those. Hollow tubes are dangerous for adults because pieces easily break off with no firm resistance in the middle creating a choking risk. They're too soft even for my cat Sam.
It's insane these are being marketed at autistics as sensory aids.
