I just spent the last several hours playing Minecraft with my kid. It was fun. After my kid logged off to do something else, one of their friends on the server asked if I wanted to see their base. *note I don't play with chat on, so we used signs and emotes.
Did I want to see their base? Not really—I was doing other stuff. But did I go? Yeah, enthusiastically, because this is one of my kid's friends.
Long story short—they showed me to their base (which was kinda in the middle of nowhere) ...and then killed me and took everything I was carrying.
If I heard my kid had acted like a little shit like that, they'd lose game privileges so fast.
we need game controllers that emit corrective shocks to assholes.
