It depends.
I made my Wolves heal fast, and mostly, they can brush off injuries but not always.
My Winds & Pillars don't get hurt often, and there are healers, but sometimes, they need time to recover.
Crash certainly doesn't brush off injuries. Krighen needs time to recover.
I do try to make my stories realistic for the world they are set in.
Apropos "ohne dass sie dauerhafte Schäden davon tragen" -- nö. Sie sollen sich doch weiterentwickeln und überlegen, ob sie ihre geliebten Knochenjobs so lange weitermachen wollen, bis der Körper mit 50 ruiniert ist, oder ob Gott ihnen große Gaben gegeben hat, um was anderes Erfüllendes zu tun.
