Do any of the hospitals or the politicians imposing ‘efficiency’ savings have any idea about basic queuing theory and the relationship between capacity (diminishing) and response times (increasing exponentially as you approach maximum capacity)?

Genre de champignons monotypique de la famille des Helminthosphaeriaceae, qui appartient à l'embranchement des Ascomycota (n'a pas encore été classé avec certitude dans un ordre particulier). Globuleuse, 0,6-1 mm, à surface noire et rugueuse. Ostiole faiblement papilliforme et, parfois, coiffée d'une masse sporique blanche. Les fructifications sont le plus souvent en croissance serrées et recouvrent des surfaces plus ou moins étendues.

OK, this is on me - of fucking course installing iOS 26 included auto-updating to be re-enabled, even though I had disabled it before.
