I usually don't have a round of revisions. I edit as I go, and have editing passes, where I look for and correct things as I notice them.

Usually. When I have revisions from feedback for a piece, I go through the simple changes and corrections first, then add notes in square brackets like [Insert scene here with Alice getting more desperate] to come back to later.

(I don't know what's bugging Alice so much yet)
