Great model for campuses interested in teaching #OpenSource: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's student run Center for Open Source Software, "...to support the development of open software to promote civil societies across the globe."
Full disclosure, RPI professor and club advisor, Wes Turner, is also Apereo's Board Vice Chair.

“London Eye” — Looking upwards at the London Eye on a cloudy day.
I usually have a good sense of direction, and I can often navigate without maps. But I also have an occasional directional problem. When arriving in a new place I sometimes make an incorrect assumption about the compass directions. Once I do, it is darned near impossible for me to fix it. London is one of the places. For some reason, the first time I visited I reversed north and south, and I’ve struggled since then to get it right. The Open Access Tracking Project (#oatp, @oatp) tracks these with the tag "oa.policies.journals.data". So far we've found 200 (examples and discussions), but there must be more.

4+ years ago the #OpenAccessDirectory started a list of them. But it's still under development and needs volunteers to beef it up, for example, from the OATP.

There's no template for these kinds of policies. Someone would have to review and compare them to see trends in the kinds of data they do and don't cover — somewhat like the 2020 article at the top of this thread.
