in reply to Nonilex • • •It's looks to pave the way for a harsher sentence. If it were a slap on the wrist, nobody would accuse election interference.
But if it is jail time... it could surge Trump's popularity in some places like it did for the indictments, arraignments, and conviction.
There is no harm in delaying a couple more weeks. There would still be appeals that would take months before he is actually taken into custody.
A big hint, would be that the NY DA Bragg, did not object to such a minor delay.
