"Great poetry lives in a state of perpetual transformation, perpetual translation: the poem dies when it has no place to go."

September 15, 2020 – During an ABC News town hall, Trump maintained that the coronavirus would “disappear.” Apparently referring to “herd immunity,” Trump said, “You’ll develop, you’ll develop herd — like a herd mentality. It’s going to be, it’s going to be herd-developed, and that’s going to happen.” Trump also faulted Biden for not instituting a national mandate on masks. Biden, however, does not hold public office.

September 15, 2017 – Following a terrorist attack on the London subway, Donald Trump responded to the event by propping up his travel ban. He also falsely suggested in a series of tweets that authorities had identified those responsible, and that those people had recruited others online. British Prime Minister Theresa May rebuked Trump’s speculative claims.

Can you read Latvian, or you can share this with someone who can? If so, perhaps you can help me.
I have 68 archive documents from the Latvian National History Museum, describing traditional farmhouse brewing, dated 1925-1943. But I can’t read them and need the text translated.
The dots on the map show where the documents are from. If you can help, please contact me (e.g via email to larsga@garshol.priv.no). I will send you a document. They’re mostly short (1-2 pages), the longest is 7 pages.

Will the toughest problem in maths ever be solved?
For many, not just mathematicians, the Riemann hypothesis is the very definition of a supremely difficult problem that might be forever beyond our intellect. Most mathematicians had given up on it, being pessimistic about making any headway. But recently, the first progress – although not a solution – in more than 50 years has been made.

Can you believe this thing still uses Micro USB?
Alright, maybe it’s unreasonable for me to be upset that a Super 8 camera doesn’t have the latest and greatest USB connector. Either way: it’s very cool that a new Super 8 camera just came out.

I am curious as to why a post about the Riemann hypothesis has an image of what appears to be pre-high school math.
