I may have just ordered a #Chromebook. What have I done? ๐
I already have a gaming #windows desktop #PC, a #Macbook, an #Android phone (Samsung), an #iPad tablet so just like Thanos was looking for that one missing infinity stone, so was I looking for that one missing operating system that's a consumer product (so not counting #Linux here. I've installed that many times before).
Can't wait to try out #ChromeOS with my new #Lenovo Slim 3 laptop (i3, 8GB, 128GB) when it arrives! โบ๏ธ

Amish Cinnamon Bread:
ยฝ cup softened butter salted
ยพ cup granulated sugar
ยผ cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I use Mexican vanilla)
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cinnamon Sugar Filling & Topping:
โ
cup sugar
1 ยฝ teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ยบF & grease 9X5 loaf pan w/ butter.
Add softened butter to large bowl.
Add white & brown sugar to bowl & mix w/ hand mixer on med-high +
Add egg, vanilla & buttermilk & mix until fully incorporated.
Sift flour & baking soda into bowl & mix w/ silicone spatula until flour is absorbed & no large lumps remain.
Stir together โ cup of sugar & 1 ยฝ teaspoons of cinnamon & set aside.
Add half the batter to prepared loaf pan & add half the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top of batter. Use chopstick to swirl it into batter.
Add remaining half the batter on top, smoothing evenly. +
Add remaining cinnamon sugar mixture & swirl into the top layer of batter.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter on top of loaf.
Bake in preheated oven for 50-70 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into center.
Allow to cool for 20 min & coax out of loaf pan & transfer to a wire rack.
