Thanks to the solar and battery system, this year, on a 4 double bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an avg of 5500kwh of energy use per year... Has so far, after 9 months. Cost less than £500 in electric charges (inc standing charges and VAT) (see pic 1).
We've also earned £92 from exporting energy (see pic 2).
Which means that for 9 months of the year, it's cost just £402 for all our electric.
Your total electricity and gas usage is extremely similar to ours. (and the heatings just gone back on for a couple of hours this morning). Hopefully solar will reduce the cost.
What I might do next year is get a couple of 500w panel heaters and run those overnight to reduce gas usage (and then once the solar goes in - eventually - do solar->heat).
I set my central heating to 15ºC from 10pm until 8am. So it shouldn't ever come on during the night at all. Having the heating come on, usually disturbs me enough as I start to overheat that I wake up.
The lowest I've seen it get was between 16-17ºC over the last 2 winters. If we go away for 4-5 days at Xmas, I'll put the heating in frost mode (only comes on below 9ºC) and I've seen it drop to 13-14ºC inside.
I'll turn the heating back on, 2hrs before we're due home to warm it up

Amazon illegally refused to bargain with unionized delivery drivers, says NLRB.
In August, the NLRB decided Amazon can’t just point the finger at its contractors when there’s a labor dispute over, say, pee bottles or AI surveillance — Amazon counts as an employer of its delivery drivers too.
Now, Ars Technica and Reuters report that the NLRB has issued an official complaint; an administrative judge will weigh in next March.
