I DO NOT consent to my data being used to train AI, changing the T&C to say I need to agree does not mean I consent, it could be construed as consent due to duress if I am unable to use your service unless I do consent.

No idea if this would work or the duress part is binding, but it may get the message across.

Israel is being accused of using white phosphorus bombs in Palestine’s Gaza and in southern Lebanon as it launches deadly assaults in the two regions.
The usage of white phosphorus is restricted under international humanitarian law.
Although there can be lawful uses, it must never be fired at, or in close proximity to, a populated civilian area or civilian infrastructure, due to the high likelihood that the fires and smoke it causes spread.
