Jul 21 is the first time I ever donated to a political campaign in my life, these are all from just over 2 months.
After I donated, I got (and still get) a flood of email and texts.
It seems every time I unsubscribe from one campaign, i get added onto 3 new ones.
They are choking off their donors.

Today, the University of Washington sent out a survey asking community members (students, staff, faculty) to share our thoughts about the recommendations of the University's AI task force. It's a push-poll, that doesn't even define "AI", and the recommendations are appaling.

I feel misled, nay, betrayed by book authors everywhere. I demand that all books issue a retraction immediately — “oh yeah, it was just oatmeal (laughs) we just like that gruel rhymes with cruel.”
Next you’ll say “overnight oats” aren’t a thing. Nonsense.
