was just musing on the utterly still gloom in winchester. it's quite pleasant, really.

Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, has turned his account on X, his social media platform, into a pro-Trump megaphone and joined the former president for raucous rallies.

Perhaps most important, though, is the $130-million-and-counting effort led by his super PAC, America PAC, to deliver early voters in battleground states,

an operation that rejects much of the conventional wisdom about how to win the White House.

I might be going out on a limb, but I suspect that Musk has as much firsthand knowledge of running get-out-the-vote efforts as he did building electric vehicles, rockets or neural implants. He's only a conduit for money and a primary reason why real campaign finance reform - including overturning Citizens United - is necessary to save our democratic republic.

With the United States presidential election just days away, the race for the White House is too close to call.

Given the Biden administration’s support for the war in Gaza, many Arab American voters who normally vote Democrat are now leaning towards Trump, creating panic in the Democratic Party’s electoral machine.

As US media outlets brace for a possible Trump victory, major publications have chosen to withhold presidential endorsements.

if this country ran on olive oil; this world would be a better place.
in reply to CHKMRK

Probably not, but at least olive oil doesn't cause climate change and can be grown in most places w horticultural technological assistance instead of concentrated patches with future genocide survivors living above them.
