Booking your travel with booking.com may leave you with....reservations.
A number of cybercriminal innovations are making it easier for scammers to cash in on your upcoming travel plans. This story examines a recent spear-phishing campaign that ensued when a California hotel had its booking.com credentials stolen. Weâll also explore an array of cybercrime services aimed at phishers who target hotels that rely on the worldâs most visited travel website.
Conservatives recently gathered in Washington to explain how they would rule the world in a second Trump term. The result was incoherent, occasionally frightening, and often very dumb.

this weekend that China-backed hackers have compromised the wiretap systems of several U.S. telecom and internet providers, likely in an effort to gather intelligence on Americans.
\
The wiretap systems, as mandated under a 30-year-old U.S. federal law, are some of the most sensitive in a telecom or internet providerâs network, typically granting a select few employees nearly unfettered access to information about their customers, including their internet traffic and browsing histories.
\
But for the technologists who have for years sounded the alarm about the security risks of legally required backdoors, news of the compromises are the âtold you soâ moment they hoped would never come but knew one day would.
\
âI think it absolutely was inevitable,â Matt Blaze, a professor at Georgetown Law and expert on secure systems, told TechCrunch regarding the latest compromises of telecom and internet providers.

Solid State Batteries will reach mass production in the next 2-3 years, lowering the price for electricity storage to (far) below âŹ100/kWh while also offering more safety. US and European firms are however not part of this upcoming megamarket, because we prefer to waste our energy (pun intended) on glorified autocorrect solutions and deepfake (moving) pix. #SarcasmButOnlyHalf 1/5

in reply to BeaconDB • • •60,000 reports uploaded here and counting! I love how easy it is! It would be great to get Neostumbler to update the default url from MLS to yours if they haven't already to make it even easier for new contributors!
So happy that BeaconDB exists so we can still have privacy friendly smartphone location services, even post Mozilla.
Thank you for making this happen!
Looking forward to my 100k / 1 millionth report uploaded eventually!
