Arab and Muslim Americans make final push for Harris

Haitham Wahab, a resident of Dearborn, Michigan, and a Lebanese American who has been canvassing for the Harris-Walz campaign, said one of the best ways to effect change is β€œfrom the inside, through coalition-building”.
β€œAs an Arab American, you should definitely vote,” Wahab said.

β€œVoting for Harris is the best possible choice to preserve the maximum political power of the Arab American voter.”

The lesson from U.S. history, if there is one, is not that progress is impossible. There has been tremendous progress at times! But we must not assume directionality in history. There is no arc, there is no linear progression, no utopian end goal we are destined to reach somehow.

That is why Reconstruction is such a key historical reference. America’s first attempt at biracial democracy was quickly drowned in ostensibly β€œrace-neutral” laws and escalating white supremacist violence. It took a century to get the country back to that level of democracy.

A good reason to vote for the Dems, Musk has brought this on himself,

This beautiful #DiadeLosMuertos altar was designed and arranged by the students of the Latinos Unidos club at our school (where I work). The photos are of loved ones who have passed. It’s a powerful and humbling work of art and emotion. The images on the floor are several square feet each, and are painstakingly arranged piece by piece using beans, rice, and corn.

He's actually just showing how he had to bend over so far to get to the mic. His mouth apparently is just locked in that shape.

I think the crowd goes wild because they are brainwashed to think all of his jokes are hilarious.
