Heron at Dawn
I saw this great blue heron (Ardea herodias) on the beach and Gulfport, Mississippi. There were a few of them on the beach, pretty much evenly spaced on the shoreline as if they each had their own territory.
I don't post all of the photos that I post here to my Pixels gallery, but I post the photos I like best. Some don't make the cut. I usually wait a couple of days and see how I feel about it then.
