It's a public presentation, so there's no file menu (unless you're talking about downloading the HTML source, which... ugh XD)
All you can do is view it and move from slide to slide, and I think turn on a local pen for live annotations.
I *did* mention this limitation in the OP. XD

But be warned it's wanting you to run this random guy's fairly obfuscated JavaScript code in your browser console. I can confirm that the first listed code snippet is just to get the embed link you already have, but the second was beyond my groggy brain's ability to decipher at the moment.
