Not sure how much music we are going to play versus talking, but we've got an hour to fill up, so I am guessing we will play some music.
I guess the way I read it is that if you used the FAL for software, it would be Free Software but if you used CC BY-SA for software it would NOT be Free Software, but since both licenses are not aimed at software maybe that was good enough for the FAL.
FAL is essentially non-existent in the English-speaking world, so I have never felt the need to dig into it further. I paid more attention to it before 2014, for sure.
